On April 9th and 10th, Hospital de Sant Pau will host a meeting of 40 european experts in the study of the genetic bases of Alzheimer. This meeting, organized by Dr. Jordi Clarimón, will gather members of the Alzheimer Disease Exome Sequencing Consortium (ADES) and the European Alzheimer’s Disease DNA BioBank (EADB).
Preliminary results will be presented regarding two ongoing european projects that aim to investigate the genetic bases of Alzheimer’s disease. The participants of this meeting will also discuss other topics that are essential to foster and harmonize the genetic research on Alzheimer’s, such as management, storage and distribution of data generated in these studies.
This meeting will be streamed online for other researchers all over the world.
