The Alzheimer-Down Unit (Catalan Down Syndrome Foundation and Hospital de la Santa Creu i Sant Pau) participates in an international registry of people with Down syndrome affected by the coronavirus COVID-19 infection. This registry is powered by the Scientific Society for the Study of Trisomy 21 (T21 Research Society). The objective is to know the behaviour of the disease among the population with Down syndrome.
For these purposes, the email address covid19@fcsd.org has been enabled to collect all cases. It can also be done by phone 935537941 from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

In order to guarantee the availability and quality of information and in order to address risk, we are working with different experts, organizations and committees addressing issues such as the treatment and prognosis of people with Down syndrome who may have been affected by COVID-19 coronavirus infection.
