On May 16th, the III Symposium of the DEGESCO Consortium on Dementia Genetics will be held in Málaga, in the context of the VI Málaga Alzheimer Conference, sponsored by CIBERNED and the Andalusian Institute of Neuroscience. During the DEGESCO symposium, the ongoing projects of the consortium will be brought together and new proposals will be discussed for the genetic research of Alzheimer’s disease and other neurodegenerative dementias.
The Málaga Alzheimer Conference will also address aspects related to the diagnosis and treatment of Alzheimer’s disease and will include the participation of several members of the Sant Pau Memory Unit.
