Pol Negredo Ballesté graduated in Psychology from the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (2017–2021). In 2021, he began the Master’s Degree in General Health Psychology at the same university, completing a short internship at the Memory Unit of Hospital de Sant Pau. He later specialized in clinical neuropsychology through the Master’s Degree in Child and Adult Clinical Neuropsychology (2022–2025), which included clinical rotations in the Neuropsychology Service at Hospital Parc Taulí de Sabadell. After completing his training, he gained experience as a clinical neuropsychologist in the Diagnostic Unit at Fundació ACE (2025–2026).
Since February 2026, he has been part of the Department of Neurobiology of Dementias at the Memory Unit of Hospital de la Santa Creu i Sant Pau, where he combines clinical practice with research activities in the field of neurodegenerative diseases.
