Zhao Zili graduated in 2014 with a degree in Clinical Medicine. After graduation, she worked in clinical practice for six years, focusing on internal medicine. She completed a three-year standardized residency training program at Henan Provincial People’s Hospital and obtained the qualification of Attending Physician in Internal Medicine.
In 2020, she pursued a Master’s degree in Epidemiology and Biostatistics at Kunming Medical University, where she served as class president, received multiple scholarships, published two research papers, and was granted one utility model patent. She graduated in 2023.
In 2024, supported by the China Scholarship Council (CSC), she began her PhD studies in Neuroscience at the Autonomous University of Barcelona, based at Hospital Sant Pau. Her current research focuses on Multimodal Imaging of the Medial Temporal Lobe Along Alzheimer’s Disease Progression in Individuals with Down Syndrome.
