Mayra García holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from the University of Vigo (2019). She later completed a postgraduate program in Genetics and Genomics (UCAM, 2021) and a Master’s degree in Clinical Trial Monitoring (CESIF/CEU San Pablo, 2022–2023), gaining a strong background in molecular genetics and clinical research.
Her professional experience began as a Junior Next Generation Sequencing Technician at IBIMA (Málaga, 2021–2023). She subsequently worked as a Clinical Trial Data Entry professional in leukemia and transplant studies, and as a Clinical Trial Coordinator in multiple myeloma and CAR-T therapies at the Institut Català d’Oncologia (2023–2026).
She currently serves as a Clinical Trial Coordinator and Clinical Research Associate at the Memory Unit / Alzheimer Down Unit of the Institut de Recerca Hospital de Sant Pau.
