Andrea Subirana obtained her degree in Psychology from Universitat de Barcelona in 2013. She was trained in neuropsychology through an official master’s in “Neuropsychological rehabilitation and cognitive stimulation” at Institut Guttmann and later she developed her studies in “Neuropsychology: Neuropsychological Diagnosis and Rehabilitation”at Hospital de la Santa Creu i Sant Pau, both degrees awarded by Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (UAB). During these years she acquired experience as clinical neuropsychologist in neurodegenerative diseases, collaborating with the Memory Unit of the Hospital de la Santa Creu i Sant Pau. From 2016 she develops her professional activity as a neuropsychologist in the Memory Unit and she is currently focusing her work both in neuropsychological assessment in pharmacological clinical trials, as well as in the clinical research of the cognitive, behavioral and functional aspects in neurodegenerative diseases.
